LEGAZPI CITY: All borders in Albay were placed on lockdown against the entry of meat products from the provinces of Camarines Sur and Camarines Norte, including those coming from the Mindanao region.

Albay officials on Thursday ordered the lockdown after the Department of Agriculture in Bicol confirmed the entry of African swine fever (ASF) in Camarines Sur.
