Over the last seven years, Deloitte Global has conducted business perception surveys among millennials and more recently included Gen Zs across the globe, in both developed and emerging markets including the Philippines. Millennials in the survey are those who were born between January 1983 and December 1994. Gen Zs, on the other hand, were born from January 1995 to December 2002. Millennials now comprise the majority of the workforce while some of the Gen Zs have just recently joined. Some of these younger generations will soon be occupying management positions and will make decisions that will shape not only the future of business but of society as well.
Reason to be optimistic
