Family members of the Filipino seafarers who have recovered from the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) while aboard Diamond Princess cruise ship have undergone orientation and briefing a few days before the seafarers arrived in the Philippines.
The seafarers were among the 531 Filipino crew members of Diamond Princess, 40 of whom have tested positive for Covid-19 and were confined in medical facilities in and around the Tokyo metropolitan area.
