VOTING 19-2, senators on Wednesday passed on third and final reading the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020, which repealed the Human Security Act of 2007, to further strengthen the campaign against extremism.

The senators approved Senate Bill (SB) 1083, which provided for “a clear, balanced and rational anti-terrorism law that adheres to regional and international standards.”
