436 villages in North Cotabato drug-free

COTABATO CITY: At least 436 out of 543 barangay (villages) in North Cotabato are drug-free, an inter-agency oversight committee under the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Region 12 said.

Gov. Nancy Catamco said her mayors and barangay officials would focus on securing a drug-free tag for the remaining 107 villages that would be subject to evaluation by the oversight committee led by Naravy Duquiatan, PDEA-12 .
