DESPITE the Taal Volcano remaining under alert level 2, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) on Friday reminded the public to watch out for the possibility of lahar during the rainy season, among other potential dangers.
“We should watch out for the possibility of lahar,” Phivolcs chief Dr. Renato Solidum said in a news forum in Manila.
