SENATE Minority Leader Franklin Drilon on Sunday expressed fear that the Philippines is becoming a “haven” for money launderers, specifically Chinese bringing in huge cash to play in casinos.

The senator said while it is not illegal for any foreign national to bring huge sums of money into the country, the amount must be reported to the Bureau of Customs.
