THE Supreme Court (SC) has ordered Sen. Aquilino Pimentel 3rd to submit his reply to the election disqualification case filed against him.
The case was filed by Ferdinand Topacio, who questioned the granting by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) of a Certificate of Candidacy (CoC) to Pimentel that allowed him to seek a third term as senator last year.
