THE Philippine National Police (PNP) will investigate the agency that a disgruntled security guard blamed for his breakdown on Monday, causing him to hold about 50 people hostage inside a mall for close to 10 hours.
Brig. Gen. Michael John Dubria, chief of the PNP Supervisory Office on Security and Investigation Office (Sosia), told a press briefing on Tuesday that he ordered an investigation into Archie Paray’s allegations that Sascor had treated him and his colleagues shabbily.
