A cruise ship with more than 700 crew and no guests has arrived in Pier 15 on March 1, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported on Monday.
According to PCG spokesman Commodore Armand Balilo, the Netherland-flagged MS Westerdam arrived at 8 a.m., carrying 747 crew members, of which more than 200 were Filipinos.
