MEMBERS of Valenzuela’s Sangguniang Panglunsod have passed an ordinance that would protect residents from business owners that unreasonably hoard basic commodities.
The “Anti-Hoarding and Anti-Panic Buying Ordinance” will impose restrictions on the buying capacity of individuals and retail establishments on some basic and prime commodities.
