THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is mandating publicly listed firms to disclose the effect of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) outbreak on their operations.
In a notice on Thursday, the regulator said that these firms should inform the investing public about their current situation amid the pandemic.
