As the government imposed more drastic measures to contain the spread of corona virus disease-2019 (Covid-19), the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor) allocated an additional P500 million to support the efforts of the Department of Health (DoH) in combating the pandemic.
This amount is on top of the P2 billion Covid-19 fund that the agency remitted to the Socio-Civic Projects Fund of the Office of the President on March 11.
