DEPARTMENT of Tourism (DoT) Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat called a special meeting of the Tourism Coordinating Council (TCC) at the Makati Diamond Residences to tackle measures mitigating effects of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) on the tourism industry.
The TCC is a 25-agency body created under RA 9593 or the Tourism Act of 2009 as the coordinating body for national tourism development efforts with the DoT chief as chairperson.
