FOREIGN tourists on Tuesday flocked to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) for their flight back home to beat the 72-hour deadline set by the Philippine government upon the effectivity of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).
Aviation officials said that all airport operations shall be limited to outgoing flights carrying foreigners or tourists.
