THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC) donated 20,000 pieces of face masks and 2,000 pieces of personal protective equipment (PPEs) to the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) response.
In a statement, PRC Chairman and CEO Richard Gordon said that the move was to ensure that the country’s frontliners were well-equipped to deal with the Covid-19 outbreak.
