The Office of the Ombudsman will be closed until April 13 after the government placed Luzon under an enhanced community quarantine due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) outbreak.

"Pursuant to the declaration of President Rodrigo Duterte placing the entirety of Luzon under enhanced community quarantine, and the declarations of pertinent local executives placing their localities under general community quarantine and imposing travel restrictions, the Office of the Ombudsman (comprised of its offices in Quezon City, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Tacloban, and Cagayan de Oro) will be closed until 13 April 2020,” it announced.
