HEALTH Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd on Thursday announced he was on self-quarantine after one of his officials tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
“Yes, Secretary Duque is on home quarantine, but currently asymptomatic,” said Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire in a text message.
