The Department of Agriculture (DA) has ordered a one-year suspension on loan payments of farmers and fishermen to programs implemented by the Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC) as part of its efforts to assist them while they recover from the impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) outbreak in the country.
