ZAMBOANGA CITY: Security forces captured two Abu Sayyaf militants involved in the kidnapping last year of a government teacher in Sulu, officials said Monday.
Officials said Erma Sahibol and Kimar Juram were tracked down in the village of Patalon where the duo had been captured over the weekend. They were accused in the kidnapping of 58-year old Rosina Singua in last September.
