PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday assured the public that the government would not back down from the fight against the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.
In his address to the nation, Duterte asked the entire country for patience and utmost cooperation, promising that the government "will be on top of this situation at all times."
