Pampanga’s provincial health officer, the first most outstanding awardee of the Doctor to the Barrios program of the Department of Health, has died on Tuesday night because of the coronavirus.
The Pampanga Provincial Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit said Dr. Marcelo Jaochico was one of three registered corononavirus cases in the province.
