Amid the enhanced community quarantine being implemented in Luzon, the Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGOs) in the have raised a total of P150 million for the purchase of medical supplies and food packs for distribution to various hospitals and cities in Metro Manila.

Of this amount, P90 million was used to purchase essential medical supplies needed by hospitals to protect healthcare frontliners who are combating the coronavirus disease-19 (Covid-19), while P50 million was used to purchase food items.
