President Rodrigo Duterte has designated Peace Process Adviser Carlito Galvez Jr. as the chief implementer of the government's response to the coronavirus pandemic in the country, Malacañang said on Thursday.
In a memorandum signed by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea by order of the President on March 24, Galvez was designated as the "Philippines' chief implementer against Covid-19."
