Fred "Curly" Neal, whose characteristic shaved head and dazzling ball skills delighted Harlem Globetrotter audiences, died Thursday (Friday in Manila) at the age of 77.
Neal died at his residence near Houston (Texas), the legendary exhibition team reported on his website, without giving more details.
