Residential property values rose to its highest in four years as prices across all types of housing units grew in the last quarter of 2019, data from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) showed on Tuesday.
The central bank’s Residential Real Estate Price Index increased by 10.2 percent to 130.2 in the three months ending December from 118.1 a year earlier.
