THE Pasay City government has rolled out its own version of a mobile market to allow residents to buy food and other essential items at affordable prices.
Mayor Imelda Calixto-Rubiano said the project, carried out with the help of the Department of Agriculture (DA), aims to help families affected by the pandemic.
