Dear PAO,
I am worried of the Bureau of Internal Revenue’s (BIR) deadline in the filing of Income Tax Return (ITR) because I am not quite sure whether I qualify for the substituted filing of such. For a background, for the year 2019, I worked with two employers since I transferred work during the second half of 2019. Also, in both employments, my income was purely based on compensation. Given these facts, am I qualified for substituted filing.
