The Department of Energy (DoE) said electricity service would improve in Iloilo City with the rollout of the P1.8-billion modernization program by new distribution utility More Electric and Power Corp. (MORE Power).
Energy Undersecretary Felix William Fuentebella said Ilonggos would finally get a better service from MORE Power which replaced Panay Electric Co. (PECO) that handled the city’s electricity for 96 years.
