INTO week 4 of the coronavirus enhanced community quarantine, and the days are losing their individual character. Saturday and Sunday could be Monday or Tuesday. There is no difference, the routine is the same. Those who have schedules get through with flying colors and good morale. Those who just sit it out are in danger of cabin fever. Those with problems of job loss and putting food on the table as well as being enclosed at home in our summer weather are going through Calvary.

Here at home, my routine continues with not a few surprises. In the decluttering of my room, I unearthed some minor art works, a few antique maps, old letters and photographs, a tektite, a small prehistoric stone adze (from my archaeology student days), and some deadly weapons, i.e., a moro kris and dagger. Now I will have to give them a role in my life one way or the other. They are new players in it who have come out from the closets.
