THE Philippines filed two diplomatic protests against alleged Chinese harassment of a Philippine Navy ship and declaring part of the country's territory under its jurisdiction.
Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. on Wednesday said the Chinese embassy in Manila received the diplomatic protests at 5:17 p.m.
