THE Manila City Government is finalizing the implementing rules of the total lockdown in the first district of Tondo to stem the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the area.
Special Mayor’s Action Reaction Team (SMaRT) chief P/Maj. Rosalino Ibay cited the high number of cases of the respiratory disease in the district as a basis for shutdown.
