TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: Mayor Jefferson Soriano has expressed apprehension that placing this city under the “new normal” or the general community quarantine (GCQ) may endanger the safety of the whole city.
Soriano said the city would remain under the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) pending receipt of the final and clear guidelines from the national government.
