THE first mega swabbing center opened in Manila on Tuesday, in line with the government’s bid for targeted massive testing of individuals who may be infected with the coronavirus disease 2019 (covid-19).

Health Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd, Secretary Carlito Galvez, National Action Plan Against Covid-19 chief implementer; and Secretary Vince Dizon, deputy chief implementer were present at the  swabbing facility in Palacio de Manila on Roxas Boulevard.
