Jun Pablo has been with the maritime industry for barely a decade, and his contributions have already benefited hundreds in ways that went beyond the technicalities of the profession. As majority of the shore-based support for seafarers focused on the rudiments of employment, training and repatriation, Pablo fixed his sights on the internal and often unseen struggles fought by mariners — emotional and mental health issues.
