THE Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) was able to complete the construction of badly needed emergency quarantine facilities (EQFs) that are dedicated for Covid-19 cases that have yet to be confirmed.
Through its various engineering units, the military has constructed 29 EQFs throughout several armed forces headquarters, military hospitals and other government medical institutions, announced AFP public affairs chief Capt. Jonanthan Zata.
