To prepare Southies for the “new normal,” SM Southmall launched two convenient services to help their customers shop for essentials while prioritizing their customers and tenants’ safety.

PasaBuy, in partnership with MyKuya, is your personal shopper. Wittily, coined from the Filipino term, “pasabay,” your designated shopper lets you purchase from multiple stores in the mall including SM Supermarket, Watsons, Mary Grace, Starbucks and other food and essential establishments. Simply download the MyKuya app or visit their website (app.mykuya.com) and click on the Southmall icon; be matched to a kuya (older brother) or ate (older sister) in minutes and they will do all your shopping for you. Customers can easily upload a picture of their grocery list and chat or call their designated personal shoppers for easier communication. Even better, all your items will be delivered to you on the same day.
