PasaBuy, in partnership with MyKuya, is your personal shopper. Wittily, coined from the Filipino term, “pasabay,” your designated shopper lets you purchase from multiple stores in the mall including SM Supermarket, Watsons, Mary Grace, Starbucks and other food and essential establishments. Simply download the MyKuya app or visit their website ( and click on the Southmall icon; be matched to a kuya (older brother) or ate (older sister) in minutes and they will do all your shopping for you. Customers can easily upload a picture of their grocery list and chat or call their designated personal shoppers for easier communication. Even better, all your items will be delivered to you on the same day.

For customers who prefer to pick-up their food and essentials, SM Southmall has also opened its curbside pick-up, named Get & Go. It’s as easy as placing your orders via call to establishment and driving by to pick up your items or arranging for it to be picked up by a courier of your choice. This does not only minimize the movement of customers but also provides ease for the community on the go. Stores participating in this program to date are Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Black Scoop Café, Number 1 Barbecues, Zarks Burgers, Kenny Rogers Roasters, and Mary Grace Café.
