PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte wants all 23 million low-income families affected by the community quarantine to receive the second tranche of emergency subsidies from the national government, Malacañang said on Friday.
Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said Duterte directed Budget Secretary Wendel Avisado to look for more funds to ensure that all 23 million poor families under the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) and general community quarantine (GCQ) would receive the second wave of the Social Amelioration Program (SAP).
