MGen. Debold Sinas will stay as the Metro Manila police head despite violating lockdown guidelines, Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Archie Francisco Gamboa said on Monday.
Gamboa said the decision was based on the present emergency situation involving the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.
