Philippine Ambassador to the United States Jose Romualdez recently said our country’s oldest security ally remained committed to helping the Philippine military in its modernization program.
The Inquirer news report made Romualdez sound like he was speaking for the US government, which is not surprising. He is known to belong to the Yellow Horde and is a US worshiper.
