The already-prolonged deadlines for filing and payment of various tax types will no longer be stretched regardless of any extension or modification of quarantine throughout the country.
This is according to the latest regulation by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as recommended by BIR Commissioner Caesar Dulay and approved by Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd.
