The local bourse is seen to be on consolidation for this shortened trading week amid renewed United States-China tensions and economic developments as economies reopen around the world.

The benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange Index declined by 1.17 percent or 65.30 points to close at 5,539.19 on Friday also on the back of the rising US-Chinese trade tensions, as well as profit taking in anticipation of the shortened trading week.
