ELECTRIC cooperatives (ECs) have complied with all the government directives on the payment of electricity bills during the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) quarantine, the Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association, Inc. (Philreca) said.
This, as the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) warned distribution utilities (DUs) and electric cooperatives (ECs) against non-compliance with its successive advisories that the regulator said would be dealt with accordingly.
