FORMER whistleblower Antonio Luis Marquez alias Angelo "Ador" Mawanay was arrested for estafa in Pasig City, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said on Thursday.
Based on the report by the Philippine National Police - CIDG (PNP-CIDG), Mawanay, 47, was arrested along Chestnut Street, Greenwood Subdivision on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
