NATIONAL Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Acting Secretary Karl Chua said there was a need to reprioritize the 2021 and 2022 budget to build health and economic resilience.

Speaking at the "Business as Usual under the New Normal" online forum organized by The Manila Times on Thursday, Chua said infrastructure projects which will have the strongest impact on growth, jobs, poverty, and multiplier effect on the economy and can promote confidence in the economy would be prioritized.
