INTERIOR Secretary Eduardo Año said on Thursday that there was a “high chance” that President Rodrigo Duterte will place Metro Manila under general community quarantine (GCQ).
Duterte will possibly approve the recommendation of the Metro Manila mayors on lifting the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) in the region, according to Año.
