MAGNITUDE 5.2 earthquake struck San Fernando, La Union on Thursday afternoon, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
Phivolcs spotted the epicenter of the earthquake at 17 kilometers northwest of San Fernando town at 1:17 p.m.
