Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez enforced the mandatory three-day calibrated and reasonable lockdown of certain areas in Baclaran from May 21 to 23, zeroing on 10 streets upon the recommendation of barangay officials due to unimpeded spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) in these areas.
