Top Rank boss Bob Arum said he is working on a title unification bout between Manny Pacquiao and American Terence Crawford. The veteran boxing promoter said the fight will be held outside the United States with a live audience next year.
“We will be starting June 9 with reaffirmation from Nevada to do boxing events without audiences. Now, for the Pacquiao fight, you have to have an audience because that’s such as a significant portion of the revenue,” said Arum, who spoke to The Manila Times on Thursday morning through overseas call after securing approval from the Nevada Athletic Commission for his June 9 and 11 boxing events.
